IT IS FOR ANYONE WHO REGULARLY OVER-EATS FOLLOWED BY GUILT, SHAME & REGRET. IT IS FOR ANYONE WHO WANTS TO BUILD A GOOD RELATIONSHIP WITH FOOD & LEARN DIFFERENT TECHNIQUES TO MANAGE THEIR EMOTIONS. IT IS AN ANTI-DIET, BODY POSITIVE, WEIGHT NEUTRAL APPROACH. WEIGHT LOSS HOWEVER, MAY BE AN OUTCOME OF MNDFUL EATING.
